Dear Students, Parents, Faculty Members, Staff, Alumni, Industry Partners, and Esteemed Stakeholders, It is both a privilege and an honour to assume the office of the Vice Chancellor of Usha Martin University. I extend my warm greetings to every member of the university community and to all those who aspire to be part of this institution.

At Usha Martin University, our endeavour is to create an academic ecosystem that nurtures curiosity, inspires excellence, and equips learners with the knowledge, skills, values, and adaptability required to succeed in an ever-changing global environment.
Having devoted over four decades to teaching, research, and academic administration, I firmly believe that excellence in higher education is achieved through a harmonious integration of quality teaching, impactful research, innovation, ethical governance, and meaningful engagement with society. Our focus will be on strengthening multidisciplinary education, fostering a vibrant research culture, encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship, and promoting academic collaborations with leading institutions and industries in India and abroad.
Guided by the transformative vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, we shall continue to build a learner-centric, technology-enabled, and outcome-based education system that empowers students to become competent professionals, responsible citizens, and compassionate leaders. We stand committed to create opportunities for the students that encourage experiential learning, interdisciplinary research, skill development, and lifelong learning.
Research and innovation will remain central to our institutional growth and shall continue to encourage faculty members and scholars to pursue high-quality research, secure competitive funding, establish centres of excellence, and contribute solutions to contemporary societal and industrial challenges.
